ORDERING

Orders can only be placed through the order system in the webshop—orders will not be accepted via phone or email. The shop features an assorted product range that is regularly updated, and some items will only be available for a short period. The system is always up to date, but during sales, some items may sell out.


ORDERING PROCESS

After finding an item you wish to purchase, select the size and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will then be taken to the cart. The cart can also be accessed via the link at the top right of the page.

In the cart, you can choose to proceed with the purchase or continue shopping by selecting more items through direct links or "Continue Shopping."

After reviewing your cart and making any necessary adjustments, proceed by clicking the "Checkout" button. Enter your information, select the desired delivery method, and choose a payment method, then fill in the required details. Click the "Review Order" button, then click "Complete Order" to confirm your purchase.

On the "Review and Pay" page, the order details are displayed. For each section—Account, Ship To, Delivery Method, and Payment Method—there is a link back to checkout where details can be changed. When everything is correct, click the "Pay Now" button.

Your order will be confirmed, and you will be taken to your order page while an order confirmation is sent to the email you provided.

PAYMENT

We offer payment via Shopify Payments and MobilePay through Nets Easy. We accept the following payment cards: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB. All prices on the website include 25% VAT. The price at checkout is the final price, including all taxes and shipping costs.


SHIPPING

We deliver orders with Postnord or GLS: Postnord collection points or home delivery, GLS PakkeShop, or home delivery. We typically deliver orders within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, such as Christmas and sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day return policy when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us. During sales, the usual exchange/return conditions for online purchases apply. 


PARTIAL CANCELLATION

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. 


RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, we must receive it within 14 days of your receipt.

Make sure to pack the item securely when returning it, as you are responsible if it gets damaged during return shipping. Check out the "Return Criteria" under our RETURN POLICY.

Note: When paying with Mastercard, Visa (excluding Visa/Dankort), or Visa Electron, it may take up to a week after we have refunded your order before the amount is released to your account by Nets.

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of cancellation. We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item.

Note: When paying with cards other than Dankort, such as MasterCard, Visa Electron, etc., it may take up to a week before the amount is back in your account, and in some cases up to 30 days. We refund the amount as soon as possible after we have received the returned order, but the amount may be reserved by your bank or Nets in the meantime.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address. You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person at the above address.


RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that you have a 24-month right to complain. If your complaint is justified, you can either get the item repaired, replaced, your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect.
