SHIPPING

We pack and ship from Frederiksberg. Orders are dispatched within
2 business days.

Denmark
Parcel shop delivery with DAO, GLS or PostNord.
49 DKK — free on orders of 700 DKK and above.
1–3 business days after dispatch.

European Union
Home delivery with DAO Global.
75 DKK — free on orders of 1,100 DKK and above.
5-10 business days after dispatch.
VAT is included. Nothing further to pay on arrival.

Rest of world
We currently ship to China only. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
6–12 business days. Import duties and local taxes are paid by the
recipient.

You will see an estimated delivery date at checkout, and a tracking
link by email when your order is dispatched.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Exchanges are free. If the size or fit is not right, we cover the
shipping both ways — send it back and we send the right one.

Returns for a refund are at your own cost.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Email contact@maecor.store with your order number and whether you
   want an exchange or a refund. We reply within one business day.

2. For an exchange, we send you a return label. For a refund, you
   arrange and pay for the shipping yourself.

3. Pack the items in the original packaging with all tags still
   attached. Seal the parcel properly and cover the original shipping
   label.

4. Write your order number on a note inside the parcel. We have no way
   of identifying it otherwise.

5. Send it to the address at the top of this page. For refunds, use a
   tracked service and keep the receipt. The parcel is your
   responsibility until it reaches us.


WHAT WE CAN ACCEPT

Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of marks, in a condition where
they can be sold again. Try things on, but not over dinner.

Caps must be returned in a box so they keep their shape.

We cannot accept parcels sent to a pickup point or parcel shop rather
than to the address above. They will be returned to sender.

Items that arrive in an unsellable condition cannot be refunded or
exchanged, and we will send them back to you.


REFUNDS

Once your return reaches us, we refund within 7 business days to the
original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded; return
shipping is not.

For exchanges, we ship the replacement as soon as we have received the
original.


WRONG OR MISSING ORDERS

If something is wrong with your order, email contact@maecor.store with
your order number and a photo. We will sort it out.

This is separate from the 14-day return right. Under Danish law you
have two years to report a fault in the product itself.
